Twenty-five years of marketing and sales management experience watching the companies that I worked for, and with, reinvent themselves into something else either through evolution or acquisition lead me to discover that I too needed to evolve and make use of all my talents.

In this paradoxical time of great opportunity and no job security, it is the people who understand and grasp the need to evolve that will have a shot at thriving and being fulfilled. I spent a lifetime looking for my partner, Tami. Luckily, I also now have the opportunity to live with meaning, passion, and purpose. Plus, doing it in a way that allows for fun, excitement and never having to say, "I'll be gone for a few weeks on business," ever again.

I'm very proud of the accomplishments that I achieved over the years and the skills that I acquired in contract negotiations, sales training, sales management, needs assessment, market analysis, strategic marketing, in generating over $2 billion dollars in business activity. A major element in that success was in helping people communicate information that would help me get them the products or services that met or exceeded their goals and expectations.

Having personally labored through the landscaping, deck building, room additions, remodeling, and simple renovations.  I can help you through the process without getting overwhelmed.  There is nothing quite so satisfying as being able to say to people as they are admiring the work, Tami and I did that.

One of the major differences between success and failure, is that failure to commit to excellence, is the acceptance of mediocrity. Our vision is to constantly challenge the status quo of how we're doing things to ensure that our customers always benefit from getting the best information, from the best sources, for the best possible price and, have great fun doing it.

When I'm not performing real estate related activities, I enjoy golfing!  At every opportunity possible I like to golf.  Now I have the added advantage that Tami has started to get the "golf bug" so playing hooky now and then is possible since I have a golfing partner in the business. We enjoy the opportunity to spend time outside with our dads, whom are both great golfers, and/or  friends to enjoy a wonderful Minnesota summer day.

When the workday is done I also enjoy cooking for either the two of us, or hopefully a great group of friends.  We love to entertain and surround ourselves with family and friends whenever possible.  Be it a simple "steak on the grill" or a gourmet dinner I am up to the challenge to discover something new.
