Would you like to be within walking distance of a park? Do you need a fenced yard for your pets. Things like this are important for us to know about you so we don’t waste your time showing you houses that don’t fit your needs.

We will guide you through the home buying process by taking the time to help you understand each step along the way. You will become familiar with the agreements and other forms so that you understand what they mean before the time comes to sign them.

In the current market, you have to move fast – houses often sell the day they go on the market. As Edina Realty agents we can use our exclusive Network One service to network Client needs and homes for sale by computer network as well as personally. We explore every possible area to find housing options for our clients. We’ll knock on doors or send out mailings …whatever it takes to find the right home for you.

We communicate proactively in the method that is most comfortable to you, be that phone, fax or e-mail. We are “people people”, so we are not shy about letting you know the information you need when you need it. We are also sensitive to your communication style and will use that access respectfully as to not waste your time or resources.

We can help you with any area in Minnesota, especially in the Twin Cities area, Hennepin, Dakota and Scott counties. We live in and enjoy the area encompassing Diamond Lake, Nokomis and Edgewater on Nokomis.
Other scenic nearby areas that our family enjoys are Minnehaha Park, Minnehaha Creek, Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun. We have come to love all of the popular neighborhoods – Minikahda Vista, Linden Hills, Brookside, just to name a few. We are familiar with many cities including, however not limited to, Plymouth, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Edina, Hastings, Maple Grove, Minneapolis areas and many more. Parkwood Knolls and Meadowbrook in St. Louis Park, as well as the newer neighborhoods of Burnsville, Eagan and Apple Valley.
